Public Sector State & Local Government
Public sector clients face endless scrutiny from citizen customers concerned that government either does too little or spends too much. We help minimize the doubt by offering both E-Rate and Naspo Agreement pricing for city, state and education customers. Meanwhile, cybersecurity and emergency response needs continue to weigh heavy on leaders. 2024 has marked a record of attacks on the public sector, leaving CIOs to wonder “Are we next? And could we quickly recover?”
Sivility Systems powers advanced digital capabilities to increase service and security capacity in customer friendly, budget-minded ways. We work closely with Public sector – city, state, and local government entities.
Examples on how we serve the Public Sector:
Public Sector Advantages
E-Rate
The Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund, commonly known as “E-Rate,” is administered by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) under the direction of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This program provides discounts to help most U.S. schools and libraries in the public sector obtain affordable telecommunications and bandwidth. Moreover, it is one of four support programs funded through a Universal Service fee charged to companies that provide interstate and/or international telecommunications services.
Naspo
The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) operates as a non-profit association dedicated to advancing public sector procurement through leadership, excellence, and integrity. Moreover, NASPO’s Primary membership comprises the directors of the central purchasing offices in each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the territories of the United States.
Sustainability
As an Environmental Sustainability Partner, we assist organizations and the public sector in meeting environmental goals in the circular economy, complying with mandates, and innovating with Cisco technology. We aim to lead the transformation unlocking $4.5 trillion in value by 2030.
