Contract Management System (CMS)

The system will be available to our customers and others who wish to manage their contracts, subscriptions and perpetual licenses all in one place.

Here at Sivilty Systems  we deliver on our promise to offer the tools our customers need to simplify their daily tasks.  Our CMS system will allow you to upload CSV files with pre-defined columns that include all of your contract information relevant to your IT operations.  Once uploaded, our system allows you to produce budget reports as well as RFQ’s for upcoming renewals. 

Additionally, our system sends alerts that are pre-defined by you at the time the contracts are imported.  

The system is expected to be available April 2, 2024.  We’re accepting personalized recommendations to enhance the CMS customer portal.  Please email us or contact us if you’d like to contribute to the concept.
