How to become a HAM?

To become a HAM, you need to become a consultant or approved vendor for Sivility Systems LLC.  This requires that you have a corporation in the form of an LLC or S-Corp.  You can easily acquire either through LegalZoom.com or RocketLawyer.com.

Once you’ve become an vendor to Sivility Systems LLC, you can provide us your W9 and wiring instructions so that you can receive payment when it’s due.

What percentage (%) of the sale is given to a HAM?

The industry standard for an IT Account Manager or Salesperson is 25% on profit.  For example, if a Sivility customer that was referred by a HAM produces a $50,000.00 order with a 10% profit margin, that would equate to $5,000.00 in profit.  Normally a salesperson would receive 25% of that or $1,250.00.  If you’re an approved vendor (LLC’s or S-corp), Sivility offers a much higher rate of 50% on profit.

What can I expect to make per month?

Medium-sized businesses in the U.S. are considered to have annual revenues from $50 million to under $1 billion IT spending as a percentage of revenue varies significantly by industry and company size but is generally 6.4% to 11.4% of revenue, with financial services tending to spend more than manufacturing.

For a rough estimate, large companies (including Fortune 1000) spend around 2% of their revenue on IT, though this is highly variable, according to some sources. 

Based on these figures, a mid-size company spends a minimum of $3M on IT annually.  Much of that is spent on either or a combination of Servers, Enterprise-Storage, Networking, Software or Cloud Services.

On a 10% profit that would equate to $300,000.00 and a 50% payout of $150,000.00.
